We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, visit paddle.net and follow the refund process, or contact our support team through your account and we will direct Paddle to issue the refund. Please include your order number so we can locate the charge quickly.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is approved, Paddle returns the amount to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank. Access to refunded subscription features ends when the refund is processed.

Cancellations

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but is not the same as a refund — you keep access until the end of the current paid period. If you want your money back within the 30-day window, request a refund as described above.

Exceptions

This policy applies to standard subscription purchases. We will not issue refunds for clear fraud or abuse of the refund process, such as repeated refund requests across multiple accounts for the same service. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer where those rights apply.
