1. Who is responsible

Eternally Forsaken is the data controller responsible for your personal data in connection with BASE. Paddle acts as an independent data controller for the payment data it collects when processing your orders.

2. Personal data we collect

• Account data — name, email address, and authentication details you provide when you sign up or sign in (including via Google).
• Usage data — the questions, company context and prompts you submit, the executives you seat, meetings you run, and decisions you log.
• Technical data — device identifiers, IP address, browser type, and interaction logs used for security and service improvement.

3. How we use it

We use your personal data to create and manage your account, provide the AI executive team service, process your subscription, secure the service against fraud and abuse, improve the product, and respond to support requests. AI outputs are generated using the context you provide and are processed to deliver the service to you.

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of contract performance (providing the service you requested), legitimate interests (security and product improvement), and, where you have given it, consent. Payment-related processing by Paddle is carried out under Paddle's own legal basis as an independent controller.

5. Data sharing

We share personal data with the following categories of recipients:

• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Service providers — hosting and infrastructure, and the AI model providers that generate your executive analyses.
• Professional advisers such as legal and accounting advisors where necessary.
• Authorities where we are required to by law.

6. AI processing

To deliver analyses, debate and voting, BASE sends the context and questions you provide to AI model providers. We share only what is necessary to produce the requested output. We do not use your personal data to train third-party models.

7. Retention

We keep your account and usage data for as long as your account is active, and afterward only as long as needed for legal, accounting, or security purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time through your account; we will erase or anonymize it when no longer needed, except where we must retain it to comply with the law.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls limited to authorized personnel.

9. International transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country of residence, including by Paddle and our infrastructure and AI providers. Where this involves a transfer from the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, contact Eternally Forsaken through the support channel in your account. We respond to verified requests within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA and believe we have not addressed your concern, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

11. Cookies

BASE uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and, where enabled, analytics cookies to understand how the service is used. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings. Authentication providers such as Google may set their own cookies subject to their policies.
